Liquid C2, a subsidiary of Cassava Technologies, founded by London-based Zimbabwean billionaire businessman and philanthropist, Strive Masiyiwa has teamed up with global tech giant Google Cloud and artificial intelligence company Anthropic to deliver cutting-edge cloud, cybersecurity, and generative AI (gen AI) solutions to businesses across Africa.
This partnership aims to enhance operational efficiencies, improve customer experiences, and empower businesses across the continent. By leveraging gen AI models and services, Liquid C2 and Anthropic aspire to accelerate growth for clients, positioning Africa as a key player in the global digital landscape.
Masiyiwa is also the founder and executive chairman of Econet Group, a diversified telecommunications and technology conglomerate that has revolutionized the telecommunications industry and led groundbreaking efforts to uplift communities throughout Africa.
The CEO highlighted the significance of responsible AI in fostering economic opportunities and empowering individuals and businesses. He expressed optimism about the collaboration’s potential to set new benchmarks for AI-powered solutions tailored to the diverse needs of African clientele. He said:

In addition to their collaboration with Anthropic, Liquid C2 is set to become one of Google Cloud’s largest Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) in Africa. Liquid C2 will also deliver Google Workspace to customers across the continent, promoting team connections and collaboration in a cloud-native environment.
